Can I return my order?

Register the item(s) you wish to return using our online portal.

Go to https://bydropclothing.com/pages/returns to start your return. Once the process is complete, you will be emailed a return label. We will happily exchange your item or issue you a refund for all or part of your order.

They must arrive back to us no later than 28 days from the delivery date.

Can I exchange my product?

We offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must return your original item and place a new order. You can also return in store.

Can I cancel my order?

We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly. We do this to make sure you get your order in the quickest time possible. Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend or cancel.

We do offer returns. The item(s) need to be registered on our returns portal within 14 days and received within 28 days.

Please keep your proof of postage safe until your return is confirmed via email.
